Junior Hurling SE league away to Ballinhassig. Crosshaven 4-14 Ballinhassig 

The junior hurlers tonight played Ballinhassig in their second Junior B league game. 
Ballinhassig started the better of the two teams getting an early goal in the first few minutes and then  managed add a few points. going ahead by 6 points to 2 after the first quarter with Crosshaven struggling to find their form throughout the first half . Ballinhassig leading by 3 at the break .

At the start of the 2nd half Ballinhassig extended the lead by another couple of points before Crosshaven began to find their stride.  In the space of 13 mins in the second half Crosshaven blasted 4 goals and 5 points against a single point for Ballinhassig in that time, effectively putting the game beyond doubt with 5 mins remaining on the clock.  Ballinhassig did manage to pull 2 late goals back but it was too little too late.
All in all, despite a slow first half Crosshaven showed their true colours in the second half to earn a convincing win.
Next up is championship against Ballyphehane in Camden on Sat 17th at 5pm ............
